The RosetteSep™ CTC Enrichment Cocktail Containing Anti-CD36 is designed to enrich circulating epithelial tumor cells from fresh whole blood by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2, CD16, CD19, CD36, CD38, CD45, CD66b and glycophorin A on red blood cells (RBCs). When centrifuged over a density gradient medium such as Lymphoprep™ (Catalog #07801), the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The purified tumor cells are present as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the density gradient medium.This cocktail is compatible with small-cell carcinoma samples, including lung cancer samples. If you are working with breast cancer samples, use the RosetteSep™ CTC Enrichment Cocktail Containing Anti-CD56 (Catalog #15137).

The EasySep™ Human CD4 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD4+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing CD4 and magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human CD4 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18052) for even faster cell isolations.
STEMCELL Technologies EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit II, For processing: 5 x 10^9 cells
The EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD34+ cells from fresh or previously frozen bone marrow or mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or from previously frozen cord blood mononuclear cells, or from hESC/hiPSC-derived hematopoietic cells by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD34 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD34 antigen is expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.This product can be used in place of the EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18056) for even faster cell isolations.

The EasySep™ Human CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate CD4+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral mononuclear cells by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-CD4+ T cells and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
